Shipping & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages: ASTRAPHON is not liable for any packages lost or stolen after the carrier provides a delivery confirmation. Please contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim.
